POWERFIT
BOOTCAMP
Here at Totenbadet, we have arranged a Powerfit bootcamp since the autumn of 2014. There will be fitness on Mondays 18-19 and strength on Thursdays 18-19. The first session we run a combination session, and it is free for everyone, as a trial hour. We run the condition outside all year round, and to strengthen the session we drive outside as long as possible! When it is no longer possible to drive outside, we drive it inside, either at Totenbadet, or in the main hall. Contact us for more info. NOTE: limited with seats

Train the whole body - The training has, as the name implies, taken inspiration from military exercises. Slopes, benches, stairs, logs, ropes, nets, car tires and not least your own body weight are used to achieve maximum training benefits. We carry, eel, crawl, jump, run, build and pull. It presents us with many challenges, both individually and as a team. With Power-Fit Bootcamp, you train your whole body through untraditional methods in an obstacle course, says Renate Melbye Utti, who is one of the instructors.
No two days are the same with PowerFit Bootcamp. Each session is unique, versatile, motivating and incredibly effective. You will definitely take your training to a new level. This form of training mixes traditional strength training with various forms of interval and endurance training.

"The little extra" - There are many different variations and types of Bootcamp. The goal of Powerfit BootCamp is to motivate the participants to provide "the little extra". During a session with this form of exercise, you will probably train more strength and endurance with little breaks and at a faster pace than you thought you would be able to. -The form of exercise is different, effective, challenging and demanding. Here you challenge yourself if you have trained little or you are very well trained. Just sign up, Renate encourages.
