PRESS RELEASE: The infection situation and Totenbadet's operations
Vestre Toten municipality is not covered by infection control measures that place restrictions on the operation of swimming pools and bathing facilities. This means that Totenbadet can have almost normal operation - adapted to necessary infection control measures - in the future, ie also at Easter.

The development in the infection situation nationally with subsequent measures and restrictions, as well as in some of our neighboring municipalities, means that an assessment of the soundness must be made by keeping the facility open.
Based on the state of emergency in which the nation is, our neighborhood to municipalities with strict restrictions and to reduce mobility and potential spread of infection, there is agreement on the following:

Totenbadet, or Raufoss water park as it was then called, opened on June 3, 1992. Since then, a lot has happened. Among other things, we have expanded with a swimming pool, put in place new slides and refurbished the fitness rooms. We now have a total of 5,000 square meters of indoor swimming paradise.

With a great location in the Raufoss forest, Totenbadet is a unique starting point for exercise and training.
You can combine a walk in the woods and fields with a strength session or swim, and end in a good sauna.

⦁ Receive a yellow ribbon at the reception.
⦁ If you are not a member, please help us write down your name to the receptionist.

⦁ Use cabinets that are NOT marked.
⦁ If the shower is full, wait in line with a minimum distance of 1m.
⦁ Only every other shower + all the shower stalls are available. Use showers that are NOT marked.
⦁ Remember to wash your body thoroughly before bathing.
⦁ Where marked with a line, please wait behind the line.
⦁ Please do not move the tables in the bistro.
⦁ Remember to lay down the elastic before you leave.

Bring your bag into the exercise room.

RULES FOR USE OF THE SYSTEM
Bathing and use of the facility is at your own risk.

2. Violation and disregard result in expulsion from the facility.
Use of the facility without valid access will result in expulsion.
4. Organized activities (training, competitions and the like) that restrict other users' free use of the facility shall take place within agreed rental areas and rental periods (rental contract).
5. Diving and jumping are only allowed in designated places.
6. Running is not allowed in the wet areas.
7. The sauna heaters must not be supplied with water, as this will affect the regulation system for humidity and temperature.
8. Children under the age of ten must be accompanied by a responsible bather over the age of 16.
9. Children under school age can accompany an adult in a wardrobe of the opposite sex.
10. Diaper children must use bath diapers that are produced for use in water.
11. Smoking, snuff and chewing gum are not permitted in the facility.
12. Wardrobes must be used. Totenbadet is not responsible for lost items.
13. Outdoor footwear is not permitted in changing rooms, wet areas and fitness centers. In the fitness center, slippers are mandatory.
14. Before using pools and saunas, soap washing and showering must be done without swimwear.
15. Underwear (under swimwear) is not allowed.
16. People with exuding / open wounds or infectious diseases do not have access to the bathing facility.
